As the new kid on the HR-digital scene, Flare had some seriously cool perks and features, but like all tech platforms, it needed to clearly explain why you should use it. 

But a clear explanation needn’t be boring. We asked Flare to lose the typical formal affair of a B2B campaign and adopt a fun approach by embracing memojis to represent the people and the perks the new HR platform can offer. 

Putting human faces (well kind of) in front of a tech-driven solution, made sure our campaign across LinkedIn, OOH, online advertising and print got the attention Flare needed to drive an uplift in adoption.
